Share Savings

The Share Savings account is the credit union’s basic account and the key to your membership. Members must have a Share Savings account in order to access the many other benefits and services of First County FCU.

Access your savings account 24 hours a day through FREE Perfect Teller online banking, FREE Perfect Teller mobile banking, FREE Sybil telephone banking or at an ATM. (Looking for an ATM in Muncie, Indiana? Click here!)

Membership at First County Federal Credit Union is open to anyone who lives, works, worships or attends school in Muncie or Delaware County, Indiana. Membership is also open to any other business or legal entity doing business in Delaware County. This is called a Community Charter, and it has benefitted hundreds of local families by ensuring access to accounts and competitive loan rates.

A $5.00 minimum balance is required to open and maintain your savings account. That amount is “held,” earning dividends along with any other money in your account but cannot be drawn from. First County FCU savings, including certificates of deposit (CDs), are federally insured up to $250,000 by the NCUSIF.
