Nomination of Officers:
Michael Fox: Mike has served on the Board of Directors for the past 18 years and is currently the Board
Chairman. He is married to Tracey and has 2 grown children, 4 grand children and a new great grandson.
He enjoys fishing, golf and family time. Mike is retired from New Venture Gear and currently works for
Magna Powertrain. He has been a real champion of First County!
Will Shannon: Will has served on the Board of Directors since 2013, and is currently the Secretary and
Membership Officer. He enjoys golf, traveling the world, making things with his hands and spending
time with his family. Will is a retired police officer and also the security guard at the credit union. Will
cares deeply about the credit and enjoys seeing it succeed.
Timothy Michael Scarberry: Mike has served on the Board of Directors with Munseetown Community
FCU for many years in various capacities. When the merger happened in 2021, Mike joined the
Supervisory Committee and recently was appointed to the position vacated by Jeff Cates. Mike has been
married 46 years and has 3 children and 9 grandchildren. He enjoys camping, fishing, auctions and coin
collecting. Mike is a retired electrician from local 855 after 38 years. He has been a credit union member
for 43 years and is determined to keep he credit union moving forward.
