Interested in serving on our Board? To be effective, nominee(s) must include a signed paper with a nomination
petition stating that they are agreeable to nomination and will serve if elected to office. This petition should
contain at least 32 member signatures, along with a simple statement of qualifications and biographical data.
Submit your nomination request to the Credit Union Secretary, Will Shannon, by March 7th.
Nominations will be posted March 12th.

Nomination of Officers:
Michael Fox: Mike has served on the Board of Directors for the past 21 years and is currently the Board
Chairman. He is married to Tracey and has 2 grown children, 4 grandchildren and 2 great-grandchildren.
He enjoys fishing, golf and family time. Mike is retired from New Venture Gear and currently works for
Magna Powertrain. He has been a real champion of First County!
Will Shannon: Will has served on the Board of Directors since 2013, and is currently the Secretary and
Membership Officer. He enjoys golf, traveling the world, making things with his hands and spending
time with his family. Will is a retired police officer and also the security guard at the credit union. Will
cares deeply about First County and enjoys seeing it succeed.
Daniel Clawson: Daniel has been a member of First County FCU for 27 years. He was elected to the
board in 2025, after the passing of our dear Timothy Scarberry. Should Daniel be nominated, he will
serve the remaining 2 year tenure until re-election in 2028. Daniel retired from General Motors after
many loyal years. He enjoys sports of all kinds, with particular focus on golf and football, even
overseeing the stats for the Delta Football Team. He is also a racing enthusiast, enjoying racing of all kinds.
